To ensure the stable running of the laer machine,we provide machine installation and customer trainning service after the machine delivery. Within the warranty period, PENTA LASER will reply and provide maintenance instructions through telephone within two hours or send well trained service engineer to conduct on-sight service within 24 hours.

We developed a remote control system with our own patent.The Smart Cloud remote control service system can monitor the running status of the Penta cutting machine in the world in real time, the engineer could adjust the status online if the status setting was wrong; give a early warning incase causing big damange of the machine; according to the status of the system, the engineer can diagnose the default of the machine in a efficiency way. That will save lots of time for solving problem.
